We gathered the questions teens ask us most. If you did not find an answer — we are here.
Using the bot
Tap "Start a conversation" on the home page, or "One step forward" in the menu. You will go through four short screens that help the bot understand how to walk with you — and then you enter the conversation itself.
As long as you want. Some people talk for five minutes, some for an hour. You can close midway, you can come back later — there is no "you have to finish".
On the other side is an AI-based bot, designed with the support of a clinical and advisory team. It is not a person. At certain points it will offer you to move to talking with a real person — and that is always your choice.
No. Using the bot is completely free. We are a project whose purpose is to help — not to sell.
Absolutely. You can choose the option "A friend is going through this and I want to help" on the first screen, and the bot will offer you suitable tools — how to open a conversation, how not to react from the gut, and when to involve an adult.
Privacy and boundaries
No. There is no requirement for a name, exact age, or phone number. Even the email field can be left blank.
No. The bot never contacts parents, the school, or anyone else without you having explicitly asked for it and confirmed.
Conversations are stored as an anonymous record — without a name, without identifying details — and you can request full deletion through the contact page. The full details are in the privacy policy.
No. We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not pass it to advertising companies. There is no Twitter, Facebook, or Google Pixel tracking on this site.
Quite the opposite — the bot does not ask for images, does not need to see them, and we will never suggest that you upload any. Support is fully possible based on talking alone.
Emergencies
Line 105 is open 24/7 for online harm to children and teens. If there is an immediate danger to life — call 100. The bot can stay with you alongside, but it is not a substitute for a phone call to a real person.
Line 105 is part of the Ministry of Health and Welfare, not the police. The conversation with them is discreet and is not an automatic report to the police. You can simply consult.
Every major platform has a reporting path for non-consensual images. The bot will walk you through the specific steps for each site and help you phrase the request — in plain language, without jargon.
Do not pay, do not respond, and do not delete evidence. The bot will walk with you step by step — documentation, reaching out to line 105, and choosing how and when to involve an adult. You do not have to handle this alone.
